Home Cookin Thursday! 1:2

There is something we all need to know how to do. It makes us look awesome, manly, and brave(Or awesome, feminine, and cunning). That one thing is how to prepare so juicy red meat on a bun.

This week on Home Cookin Thursday: No Grill Bacon Double-Burgers

Delicious.

You don't need a grill to cook a burger. In fact, cooking them on a grill is pretty stupid. You see burgers are about juice. Much like gossip, the best burgers are juicy.

Ingredients (1 burger):

1. Ground SIRLION
2. 2 slices of Bacon mmm...
3. Buns
4. Pepper Jack Cheese
5. Olive Oil
6. Whatever you like to put on burgers

How to pull it off:

First, you have to make 2 burger patties. Don't make huge burger patties like your Dad does. The trick to an awesome burger is 2 thin loose patties instead of one huge one. Just dig out a little more than an ice cream scoop of meat, loosely pack it into a ball, and then slam that stuff down onto a cutting board to make it round. About a centimeter thick at most. Should look loose and nothing like a production round patty like at McDonalds. If you want a round pretty burger go ahead and go there. They're a dollar.

Put some olive oil on the insides of the buns and toast them, lightly.

Next, throw some olive oil in a frying pan with you're bacon and turn that ish on high. You want it hot. You have to watch it. Hammer time. when the bacon is done take HALF of it out. Leave the rest to fatten up the burgers.

With bacon fat still in the there throw the burger patties into the pan. Wait until the brown starts coming up one side and then flip it. You will only flip these bad boys once. Once the brown just touches the brown on top wait about 10 seconds and take that sucker out. It will be red on the inside. That's how to eat a good one. Grow a pair.

Assemble the burger:

Bun
(Favorite burger toppings)
pepper jack
patty one
BACON!
pepper jack
patty two
Bun

That is how you're supposed to make it. So good. So Juicy.

Happy eatting Chefs!

Recommendation of the day: Because I cook my burger with lasers.
